Where did you grow up?
Las Vegas, NV.
When did you start getting tattoos?
My mom took me to get my 1st tattoo when I was 16.
How do you see the tattoo culture right now?
I think it's becoming more & more of a "normal"
thing. As a waitress I meet new people every day from all
over the world and while though most aren't as "heavily"
tattooed as I am, lots of people have tattoos and/or appreciate the
art.
What’s your favorite piece?
I honestly don't have a favorite, some are special pieces for
family members, but most are just things I love.
Do you catch people staring at you because of your ink?
All the time! I still get dirty looks every now & then, but
most of the time the stares get followed by compliments or questions.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to get their first
tattoo?
Make sure you take your time when finding an artist &
remember you get what you pay for! It drives me nuts when people complain
tattoos are too expensive or that they get their "whole sleeve" for
$100 from their homie. Tattoos are for life & they are way
more expensive & way more painful to remove!
Will you be getting anymore?
Yes, after my pregnancy I will continue to work on my
back.
What’s your biggest inspiration, what keeps you going?
Definitely my fiancé & my family.
